Password required

To access this method you need to inform an email and password!
Case you do not have password and login, send email to operacao.embrace@inpe.br and require one
To access the method, use query string after the corrent url, using 'email' to insert the registestered email and 'passwdMD5' to the correspondent password encrypted by MD5 algorithm.
Example: www2.inpe.br/webservice/method/params?email=youremail@inpe.br&passwdMD5=yourencryptedpassword.
