You are kindly advised to proceed to the Consulate or Embassy of Brazil in your country to make the necessary arrangements for obtaining any required visa to enter Brazil. The visa should be provided to you according the Brazilian regulation. It is also important to check whether you need a transit visa. Please note that adequate health insurance is the personal responsibility of each Workshop participant.

We appreciate your interest in MST14/iMST1. In your application for travel support please provide the following information until 28 February 2014:

  1. Brief vitae highlighting your science career
  2. Affiliation, i.e. where the applicant works/studies
  3. Status, e.g. PhD student, post-doc, lecturer, technician/engineer
  4. Description of scientific/technical background, with an emphasis on work relevant to MST radar studies
  5. Current areas of science/technical interest
  6. Titles of proposed MST14 posters/presentations
  7. What do you need the travel support for ? (flight, accommodation, registration fee, ...) Please indicate the minimum amount of support which would allow your participation.

Note: if your travel support is accepted you will be informed timely.

* Pre-registration and standard registration are available using PayPal. After finishing your registration procedure, you are going to receive an e-mail with instructions to the money transfers.

The registration fee includes coffee breaks in the morning and in the afternoon, and the workshop dinner.


Conditions and Cancellation Policy:
  1. Registration fees are not transferable.
  2. Refunds of the registration fees will only be issued up to 2 May 2014 with the bank transaction fees deducted from the total amount refunded.
  3. Cancellations after 2 May 2014 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
  4. On-Site registrations are available with cash only.
